I started Sprinx because I kept seeing the same problem: companies hiring offshore teams that could write code but couldn't own a product. I wanted to offer something different — a senior engineer you'd actually want in your standups.
I have 10+ years of full-stack experience shipping production software across e-commerce, marketplaces, Web3, social platforms, and SaaS products. I'm based in Wroclaw, one of Poland's leading IT hubs, and I talk directly to the client. No account managers, no layers.
