Why I started Sprinx
I started Sprinx because I kept seeing the same problem: companies hiring offshore teams that could write code but couldn't own a product. I wanted to offer something different — a senior engineer you'd actually want in your standups.
I have 10+ years of full-stack experience, shipping production software across e-commerce, marketplaces, Web3, social platforms, and more. I talk directly to the client. No account managers, no layers.
I'm based in Wroclaw, one of Poland's leading IT hubs, which keeps me close to a strong network of engineers, designers, and product specialists. Before going independent, I worked at product companies and agencies across Europe — building everything from fintech dashboards to real-time social platforms.
That experience taught me what clients actually need: not more developers, but the right developer. I care about clean architecture, honest timelines, and building things that last past the first launch. When a project needs it, I bring in trusted specialists — but I'm always the one leading the work.
