For US companies

Senior Next.js + NestJS engineering for US teams

One senior engineer from the frontend to the API, without the agency markup.

I'm a senior TypeScript contractor based in Wroclaw, Poland, and I've delivered web products for US companies. I join your team and ship from week one, or own a build end to end. The engineer on the call is the one writing the code.

How working together works

01

Time zones

My afternoons in Poland overlap with US Eastern mornings, so standups, reviews and planning happen live. I start the day hours before your team, so work is often ready for review when you log on.

02

USD invoicing

I invoice in USD as a contractor. No payroll, benefits, Polish entity or Employer of Record on your side.

03

Contracts & IP

A written contractor agreement that assigns all IP to you, with an NDA when you need one. EU law and GDPR apply on my side.

04

Communication

English, async-first in Slack or whatever your team uses, with calls when they are faster. No account managers between you and the engineer doing the work.

What I build

SaaS & web applications

Next.js frontends and NestJS APIs on TypeScript, from MVP to production scale: auth, data models, background jobs, integrations and the deployment pipeline around them.

Questions US teams ask

Rates by role and seniority are in my guide to hiring a developer from Poland.

Do you work US hours?

Partly. My afternoons overlap with US Eastern mornings every working day, which covers standups, reviews and planning. For Pacific time the overlap is shorter, so we lean more on written async updates.

How do contracts, IP and payments work?

You sign a contractor agreement with me, all IP is assigned to you, and I invoice in USD. You don't need a Polish entity, payroll or an Employer of Record.

Have you worked with US companies before?

Yes, including some of the projects in my portfolio. Most client work is under NDA, so the case studies are anonymised.

Can you join our existing team?

Yes. I can work inside your repository, CI and team rituals as a senior contractor, or own a separate workstream end to end.

What does it cost?

Senior contractors in Poland who work directly with international clients typically charge $55–$100 per hour. My guide to hiring a developer from Poland breaks down rates by role, seniority and engagement model.

Building something in Next.js or NestJS?

Tell me what you're building and where it's stuck. I'll reply with an honest take on scope, timeline and whether I'm the right fit.
